Back    Mithraic Fellowships Our concern is for the state of the modern world:- the breakdown of community the deterioration of the natural environment the worsening of our living conditions the cultural worsening and distortion the economic monopolisation the loss of control we have over our own affairs Our remedy is to build a movement which strives to restore the small community and its health, harmony and ability to flourish. Our ideology is Pagan Communitarianism Our cultural-religious framework is Mithraism - an experimental modern chrestopaganism ('paganism with added altruism') - inspired by the ancient Indopersian and European pagans and humanistic teachers but looking forward to the future. Our project is to set up Mithraic Fellowships composed of people interested in these ideas and able to work together to build and nurture the local Mithraic community and support the general Pagandom and the common well-being of the world.
